Whenever you make a booking at any verified establishment on findroom.ch, remember to inform the owner at check-in to receive your gift at the end of your stay. It’s especially important to notify the owner if you booked through a method outside of findroom.ch (like by phone or WhatsApp).
We strongly recommend creating an account to be able to use the booking request system on findroom.ch because this way, the owner will automatically know you’re a guest from the platform and ensure you receive your gift.
