How it works
Create your profile
Choose the FindRoom Partner Membership
Set your discount : Minimum 5% off the base nightly room rate in CHF or 1% off percentage price rooms. Tell us if you prefer a different percentage or offer and we will update your listing.
Bookers contact you directly : You confirm or decline requests. You and the guest agree on deposits, payments, and cancellation terms. FindRoom does not handle money.
Check-in verification : Scan the Pass and match it to a valid government ID. If eligibility cannot be verified, apply your standard policy.
Conditions : Send us your property-wide conditions and we will publish them on the dedicated page. You can also add room-specific conditions to each room listing.
Automatic “FindRoom Pass” status
All rooms inherit the ”FindRoom Pass” status from your membership. You cannot toggle it per room. Pass status is removed only if you switch to a different membership. We apply the status across your property and rooms for consistency.
Pricing and payments
CHF 200 to list up to 15 rooms.
You remain the merchant of record
The Pass discount applies to the base nightly room rate in CHF or the escort percentage price. Taxes, mandatory fees, and optional add-ons are excluded unless you specify otherwise.
Quality and trust
Pass holders must be citizen of European Union or Shengen space and 18+.
If a verified Pass holder does not receive the agreed discount, please resolve directly with the pass holder. Repeated failures may lead to suspension or delisting to protect guest trust.
FAQs
Do you take a commission?
No. Listing is CHF 0 and payments are directly between you and the booker. We do not charge any comission.
Can I pause Pass status for a single room?
No. Pass status follows your membership. To remove it, change membership.
Can I change the discount?
Yes. The default is 5% off per night of 1% off the percentage amount. Tell us your preferred rate and we will update your pages.
How many rooms can I list?
Up to 15 rooms at no charge.
